Patricia has been a realtor for 21 years. She is a leader with tenacity, a problem solver, a negotiator, a mediator, and an advisor. Patricia holds a double Master's in Practical Theology and Human Service Counseling which enhances her skills as a realtor. She holds the real estate designations and certifications of: Certified Negotiation Expert, At Home with Diversity, Military Relocation Professional, Seller Representative Specialist, and E-Pro. The approach she uses to serve her clients is that of the three-legged stool: Great Service, Communication, and Appreciation.
There are a couple of reasons that Patricia decided to become a NVBCC Ambassador. The first is when becomes a part of an organization she is all in. Secondly, Patricia has a servant's heart and a passion to build and grow relationships. This passion, in her opinion, is a key component of being an Ambassador.
