Jarrett Walker is a Vice President within J.P. Morgan’s Investment Banking Division, joining the firm in 2020. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, he was an Associate at Barclays Capital in the Consumer & Retail Investment Banking group. Prior to Barclays, Jarrett held roles at Price Waterhouse Coopers LLP and Booz Allen Hamilton in the Finance Advisory practice. Jarrett delivers client coverage and transaction execution to a diverse set of corporate clients in the large cap and Mid-Cap space. He has M&A advisory experience along with capital markets experience across a range of debt and equity products. Jarrett has over $10 billion of advisory and transaction execution experience. In addition to his advisory experience, Jarrett is involved in various firm wide organizations including J.P. Morgan's Advancing Black Pathway Program. Jarrett received a Bachelor of Arts from The College of William and Mary and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Virginia with a concentration in corporate finance. Throughout his academic career Jarrett has received several notable awards including: Hulon Willis Scholarship Recipient (William and Mary), Hulon Willis Leadership Award (William and Mary), Consortium Graduate Study and Management Fellowship and Scholarship (UVA), Robert Toigo Foundation Fellowship (UVA), and the Barclays Capital Fellowship. Jarrett and his wife, Chantalle, reside in Gainesville, VA. They have one beautiful daughter Sarai Grace Walker and are eagerly expecting the birth of their son Rome Alexander Walker. In his spare time Jarrett enjoys reading, serving his community, mentoring young people interested in a career in financial services, playing golf, and most importantly being a Dad.
