Committed to attracting and retaining women/girls in S.T.E.M. and aerospace careers, we have launched the non-profit organization, The Pearl Project Institute for Innovation in STEM Literacy 501 (c) 3. Our plan is to increase the presence of women in STEM fields, especially in aerospace’s Frontier Technology. We believe the first step is to create an environment where girls can image, explore, design, create and lead their future and the future of space exploration. The modern space economy is booming and being powered by emerging commercial companies engaged in frontier technology that is creating a dynamic marketplace with career opportunities.
