Rosetta Rodwell is the Area II Director at the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), Office of Government Contracting. Under the authority of the Small Business Act, Rosetta is responsible for the direct management and execution of the Prime Contracting program, Subcontracting program, Certificate of Competency program, and countless accounts transacted annually through SBA’s Size Determination program. She is the Area Director for Washington D.C, Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and West Virginia. She provides national operational coverage, servicing both Civilian and Department of Defense customers with a workforce of over 10,000 acquisition and Small Business Professionals.
