She is the FIRST African American Female JUDGE for the 15th Judicial District, covering Caroline County, Essex, Fredericksburg, Hanover County, King George, Lancaster, Northumberland, Richmond County, Spotsylvania , Stafford County, and Westmoreland, Virginia.
